Kennedy Kolacz-Reyes joined the Epstein & Kolacz Wealth Management family in June 2025, where she works closely with Mike Kolacz as his assistant. Kennedy graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2025 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Driven by a passion for finance and a commitment to serving clients with integrity, Kennedy plans to obtain her CFP certification in 2026. She also intends to pursue her Master of Business Administration, continuing her education to build a strong foundation for her long-term goal of following in Mike’s footsteps and becoming a dedicated Financial Planner.
Kennedy is excited to grow within the firm while contributing to the next generation of client service, planning excellence, and long-term relationship development.

In Kennedy’s free time, you can usually find her with her husband, Kenny—whom she married in January 2025—and their two beloved dogs, Lucky and Clover. She loves being with her family, finding new restaurants to try, and taking her two spoiled pups on plenty of walks.
